The rewinding of the history reveals that the man of that time considered clothes as important aspect of his life. In the beginning he used to spun yarn from the fibres that are coarse.day by day with the progress in science and technology techniques like spinning and weaving became familiar.
When the early human race started weaving materials with fibres,they were considered as the important elements,the supremacy of the fibres prevailed during that age and continuing today.Fibres like hemp,creepers,vines were woven into clothes in the past. By the end of 19th century man succeeded technically by the development of new fibres called synthetic fibres prepared chemically. Day by day these fibres are employed vasatly,for instance carbon, aramid fibres are being used as composites in reinforcing the parts of automobiles,aircrafts etc.
Textiles got its name when the production of fabrics and other products started on machines. Today the gleams of textiles have crossed the barriers beyond the regular use which man never expected. The design, manufacture and applications of textile composites in industries became the most predominant aspect in present day textiles which are otherwise called as technical textiles.
At the present time, these kinds of textiles are making a significant contribution to the increasing market for textiles. Hence, with the progressing steps and emerging trends in the textile industry, greater attention will be drawn from every nook and corner of the world, which ultimately improves the economic strategy of the world to a larger extent, proving that textiles are not only sticked to the regular use of protection and safety but also advances technically satisfying the needs of mankind globally.
